I love the way you appear in my life in a chanced moment. Like God has gifted me you for a moment of time, and there is always a reason. A perfect timing for our friendship.
I like that you tell me what i need to hear, although i haven´t always responded to that well at the time, i thank you for having the courage to tell me, knowing it might end our friendship or make it stronger. But you took a risk because you cared, you wanted me in your life for longer.
I learn so much about me through you. You know things i don´t know, you see things i don´t see and when you encourage me to see them it really is a beautiful gift.
And just when i start to see how much you mean to me, by a cruel twist, you often leave and for some reason our paths no longer cross.
And apart from the ache of the void where you once sat i am grateful for the heartfelt moments we shared and the laughter. Those moments that forced us to grow in love.
God will send me another, but you will always have a special place in my heart. Until our paths cross again,
